Hand stitched patchwork "presentation " quilt with patches of different colors, sizes and shapes appliqued onto an off- white background. Highlighted by square block in center containing a church and an inscription beneath. 2 doves of the Holy Spirit on either side of steeple. The inscription reads, "To Mrs. Emily Gallup, from the Ladies Circle of Industry. May this quilt of many colors ever remind you of the many hands employed in building up this wall & may it serve to unite our hearts to his more heavenly in building up the walls of Jerusalem.
