Gold square frame. "Loaned by Mrs. E.B. Barker" on tag. Painting of female wearing dark blue blouse with grey scarf. Head covering is grey with white dots and black band around head and across top of head and front part is white. Hair around neckline is visible. Lips appear to have some red on them. Frame is gold painted wood with a black painted glass cover with oval gold painted border. "Painted by George Munger 1781-1825" on tag attached to back panel.
