India China porcelain tall cylindrical vase with flaring top, c.1790-1805.  Decorated with blue floral motifs and two large urns, all picked out with gold.  Blue and red bands with blue wavy dot band under lip.  Blue decoration at base.  Lip is cracked and mended, with one chip missing.  9 7/8' tall and 5 1/8" diameter at lip
