A straw hat in a natural yellow color, with a navy blue grosgrain ribbon around the low, wide, round crown that is additionally decorated with cloth flowers with pink petals and green leaves. The crown is faced with the same navy grosgrain ribbon, to which the tags attach. The first reads, "PARIS / Arnold, Constable & Co., Inc / FIFTH AVENUE / NEW YORK" and the second, "registered model / 22" above an illustration of a bust of a woman. The tags are on opposite ends of the crown.
