Small wall mounted grain grinder with small tin hopper (4" x 1 1/2") and lid.  Remnants of gray paint on hopper.  Cast iron body has S shaped iron crank handle, 5" long. Possible coarseness adjustment screw missing on back. Material exits through rectangular hole at bottom edge, ~1" x 1/4".  Mounted on 8 1/4" x 5 7/8" wood board w/ 3 countersunk holes on front. Rusted, rough condition; possible labeling obscured by rust.. OH 6 1/4"; OW 5 5/8" (incld handle); OL 8 1/4"
