"Individual Service Tray" (Chase Item No. 26001) was designed by Ruth L. and William H. Gerth. The Individual Service Tray is a component of the Breakfast Set (No. 26003). This three-piece set includes a sugar bowl and creamer. The tray was also sold separately.
