SWITZER, PUBLISHER."  "The Greenfield Country Club on Bronson Road, shown about 1905, hosted horse races, oxen pulls, and Farmers' Institutes from 1901 to 1925. The club operated an eighteen-hole golf course from 1925 until the early 1940s. The building still stands and is now a private home."
