Description
8-day brass movement spring-driven clock in veneered wood arched “Venetian Style” case. Lower section has transfer-printed design in black & gilt of hot-air balloon with 2 figures & 2 American flags on clear glass pendulum peephole.  Elias Ingraham’s Patent. / Sept. 3d, 1861. / Renewed Sept. 3d, 1868 / Patented March 30th, 1869. / TRADE VENETIAN MARK / MOSAIC FRONT / PATENTED / JUNE 6th, 1871 / MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY / E.
