Framed black, gray, and white ink and wash drawing of a house and other (outbuilding) structures, with trees and picket fence, and figures in the foreground. The trees obscure much of the house and they are highlighted with white chalk. Scene shows one carriage with one horse, and two girls wearing poke bonnets, playing with dog.
