Circular button pin, with red border around a central blue field, with picture of Liberty Bell and the words “Third Liberty Loan” in off-white.
Back of button has piece of paper on which is written “The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Buttons, Badges, Novelties and Signs, Newark, NJ” Has Whitehead & Hoag logo. Metal pin attached to back of button.
