Large white circular earthenware bowl on footed base, English c.1820-1850. Has elaborate transfer printed and hand colored band of children reveling with ewers of wine amidst grape vine. Grape vine border around base, gold band at rim and on base. "G" impressed in bottom of base. H 7 3/8", top diameter 14 3/4", base diameter 8 7/8". Base has a crack.
