Chinese export porcelain tea caddy with lid, c.1790-1805. Upright rectangular container with rounded shoulders and neck in middle. Ornate blue and tan band with stars on shoulders and lid. Has circular scene of water birds surrounded by blue and gold band on each side. Gold and blue wavy band at base. Lip is mended and missing a large piece; lid is repaired. 5 5/8" high, 3 3/8" wide and 1 1/2" thick.
