Frosted glass vase, probably American, c.1865-1890. Has painted decoration of red, blue and purple flowers above gold and white stylized floral band. White vine band around base; gold band at lip. Chip on rim. 8 1/2" tall, 4 1/4" top diameter, 4" bottom diameter.
