Wax Over Composition Head, Cloth Body (?) Composition Arms and Legs

Doll has wax over a composition head with glass earrings, molded blonde hair and dark brown glass eyes.  Hands are missing.  Doll wears a white and brown dress with a cameo on the blouse.  16" tall.
