Six pink and white transfer printed English Staffordshire plates by Thomas Mayer, Stoke, c.1826-1836.  Moorish pattern with a central scene of a sailing vessel and Classical buildings.  Floral border on scalloped and embossed rim.  "T. Mayer Stoke" impressed on bottom.  9 1/8" diameter.
