Early 19th century bonnet belonging to Minnie Irene Scranton, made from straw layered in concentric circles forming a crown and 2" brim.  Grosgrain ribbon fastens near crown.  Removed from Charles Scranton House before it was torn down to make room for Hand School.; poor condition with pieces broken off; (approx) crown H: 5", circumference of brim 30".
