Copy of speech and hand written notes regarding a dedication address by Colonel Lemuel Ellsworth Stoughton Honary East Windsor Historian, dated May 15, 1982 for Dedication Army Reserve Center East Windsor, Connecticut.  Includes historical information of two different men in the Revultionary War made two unique accomplishments, Sergent Israel Bissell "Lexington Alarm" from Boston to Philadelphia on horse back, 350 miles himself in five days and 2nd Sargent Elijah Churchill received 1st "Purple Heart" from George Washington in 1783.
