Flour sifter, tin, with green handle. On the front, in an elliptical marking are the words "DUPLEX SIFTER". Above this is the number ?.5 and possibly the letters OUP (really hard to read). The cover has a flat handle and the bottom (which is another cover) has a similar handle. The sifting is done by a back and forth action with the handlw and the metal pieces inside. It looks like it's made to sift twice. After the first sifting, it is turned over and sidted again.
