Child's off white dress.  Length 13" with a bias ribbon of 1/2" bias lace continuing with same dress material for 4".  French seams, opened front, gathered neckline with same bias lace at neck.  Ragglan sleeves 9" in length with same lace at sleeve edge. Has an opened front with no buttons or ties.
