Half apron, lightweight, sheer cotton. 9" of embroidery above the hem. Length is bottom of waist band is 28". Long plain ties at waist. Top is tightly gathered and folded over to the front to form the waist band. The ties are attached to that. Looks like it was worn over a dress as an accessory.
