Briefly describes upcoming social to benefit several restoration projects, including the John Denison Crocker oil painting restoration. Also included are a brief description of the Crocker painting and states the intention to also restore three early manuscripts: "Book of Marks", which contains the names of some of Preston's earliest settlers and their animal identification marks; a tax list from 1790-1800; and the Town's first land record, which authorized Preston to incorporate as a town.
