Two legal size pages stapled in the upper left-hand corner with a large circled blue J in the upper left-hand corner as well. The first page appears to be the photocopy of the front of an envelop addressed to Mrs. John & Amos Avery - Preston. The second page is a letter addressed to Dear Uncles, and signed by John Hurlburt. The letter noted that John hadn't had time to write because of a sick wife and child.
