Lined, holed Notebook paper typed,  Typed piece reads:  Historic Note:  In Pittsfield, Mass. along the highway is a Plaque (Eaton's Tavern) as follows:
May 1, 1775 col. John Eaton and John Brown of Pittsfield with Capt. Edward Mott planned the capture of Fort Ticonderoga
(Capt Mott was the brother of Gen. Samuel Mott, both of Preston City.  Ft Ticonderoga surrendered May 10, 1775)
