Old Williams Place, Preston, CT.  11 September 1902.   Written on back:  "formerly the Starkweather place.  On Broad Brook, School District #8.  John Anson Williams bought this place in March 1833.  His son Robert married in 1842 and lived in the new part (shown on the left hand side of the house -- note smaller chimney}  Burned about 1970?.
