 Metal is blue tin and glass is red.“Dietz Little Wizard” is the name on it. Glass has Syracuse, NY USA11.5”high.  top 3.25” diameter, bottom 6.5” diameter. Has a wire handle and a wire finger holder to pull off the top cover. Base holds kerosene. A small wire wick-turner, Wire around glass.
