One Norwich Bulletin Newspaper article, trimmed on three sides, very flimsy with slight rips on each side. Also, Two legal size papers which are a photocopy of the original, with three horizontal folds. It appears that the article was to continue on page 7 which was not included. The article describes the festivities surrounding the Preston Public Library and Soldiers' Monument presentation.
