The two-and-a-half story has a front porch with six columns, windows with shutters, two chimneys, a pipeline, steps, and a partial view of the front door. On the right side of the residence, there is a staircase with metal railings, a door, and what appears to be a porch light. Greenery and trees are visible on the property. Close to the front porch, there is a patch of snow melting. Handwritten at the top above the image, "CONN., 1-FAIRF, 1-2." Handwritten at the top center above the image, "HABS." Handwritten at the bottom right, "3-17."
