Pieced multi-colored silk and velvet pieced log cabin quilt composed of nine rows of 6 3/4” squares; 1 3/8” wide sash of black silk (two sides striped) brocaded with pink flowers on two sides, and blue, orange, white and lavender flowers on other two sides; 1/2” purple velvet trim; brown silk folded sawtooth edge. Backed with orange and brown plaid silk, hand-stitched, knotted near corners of squares. Formerly A-4291; inside A-4305; “I.F.T.” written on previous inventory record.
