Stereo image on card stock of Cornelius S Bushnell (at the head of the table) and Union Pacific railroad personnel and family members around a table in a dinner car in Rock Creek, Wyoming during and inspection tour of the route. As noted in the book, "Laramie Railroads", by Lawrence Ostresh & Jerry Hansen, in addition to subsidy bonds, the US government also provided land grants to help finance the Transcontinental Railroad, contingent upon proper inspection as determined by the inspection parties.
