Mixed media shadowbox, with found objects referencing nature and animals. Its theme is inspired by the lyrics of "This Land is Your Land," one of the United States' most famous folk songs. Its lyrics were written by American folk singer Woody Guthrie in 1940, and recorded in 1944. by Woody Guthrie: "This land is your land and this land is my land/ From California to the New York Island/ From the redwood forest to the Gulf Stream waters/ This land was made for you and me." In 2002, "This Land Is Your Land" was one of 50 recordings chosen that year by the Library of Congress to be added to the National Recording Registry"
