Small tintype cased photo. An enclosed label reads, "Cynthia Ann Bushnell {6/18/1854 - 4/17/1929} - wife of George B. Munger, My mother C.M.B." {C.M.B. is likely Caroline Munger Badger}. Cynthia is seated with her arms over a cushion, looking to her right. Cynthia and George B. married in Madison on 11/24/1876 and had 3 children, George Arthur Munger (9/28/1879 - 8/30/1880), Alice Comelia Munger (12/10 1880 - ?), and Caroline Washburn Munger (5/18/1884 - ?). The image is in a dark brown ornate wooden case with golden liner and behind an oval brass mask. The case is broken at the hinge. 2 3/8" x 2 7/8".
