Liverpool, cream body with black and white printed decoration. Front/obverse "Washington in Glory / America In Tears" with pillar-like monument, mourning/head-bowed figure and eagle; on reverse a full rigged multi-mast ship with text "Reward". Ship's flag and water painted over text. Text under spout "W. S. W." and eagle.
