Vertical cylindrical polished chromium body with three balck rings near bottom; lid cylindrical with two black rings and vertical cylindrical knob at top center.
This cylindrical cocktail shaker is finished with bright chromium on the outside, and satin silver inside. It has three recessed enamel stripes around the base, and two around the lid. The lid is fitted with a sleeve which fits snugly into the pouring lip of the shaker. There is a knob on the lid with a bakelite tiered base. The shaker is fitted with a strainer intended to hold back "mint leaves, lemon rind, or other solids".
