This photograph taken by Frederick A. Stone depicts Waterbury's City Hall which can be seen as the tallest building with a clock. City Hall faced the Green, located on West Main Street. To the left of City Hall was the Scovill House which was a hotel. Both of these buildings were destroyed during the fire of 1902. City Hall was later rebuilt on Grand.
