Outer edge border sloped up and inward toward body center and gold tone color with leafy branch decoration. body middle area upper left white enamel with gold tne "19" oriented vertically upward from left to right. body middle area lower right white enamel wit hgold tone text "41" oriented vertically upward from left to right. body center rectangular banner/stripe from lower left to upper right blue text "TINKKER" in gold tone background. Body rear vertical hinged pin-bar closure. For Waterbury grammar school on Highland Avenue; pin of donor's mother, Clotilda Del Gobbo (maiden: Fiorucci).
