Foreground depicts group of (male) figures having black/brown complexion and wearing white pants and a white shirt with horizontal red and a horizontal black stripe across chest; man at far left edge white pants and a shirt of all red and black horizontal stripes; each man foreground exaggerated large forearm and hand size. Several men foreground also holding red and black striped flag on individual poles. Similar men in mid-ground and background having facial features and hairstyle as men in foreground and only upper portion of faces visible -- depicts large group of male figures standing close together. Several additional red and black horizontal stripe flags on poles waving in mid- and background. Signed by artist lower right corner "Jose Saboia".
