No Date. Nine-patch square. Five white squares and four patterned squares. Pattern is alternating vertical stripes; wide stripes brown straight thin lines and alternating sets/pairs of miniature brown squares and small tan '+' shapes, and thinner stripes small black rectangles with three white circles and small red rectangles with three pink circles.
