Frank Keane was the chairman of the history department at Kennedy High School and was a teacher since 1948. He was the son and brother of Scovill factory workers. The interview was conducted by Jeremy Brecher on October 20, 1980 as a part of the Brass Workers' History Project. A partial transcript is available. Keane speaks extensively about the Irish community in Waterbury.
