The interview conducted by Alannah Nardello on December 16, 1980 as a part of the Brass Worker's History Project. A partial transcript is available. Joseph Sciaretta's father and brother both worked at Chase Brass and Copper Company. He worked as a toolmaker at Vickers. Joe talks about his childhood in the Lakewood section of Waterbury and living conditions in the early part of the 20th century.
