Document consists of two pages stapled together. Contains notes regarding early meeting houses detailing their construction and various uses. "Kelly" is noted at the top. Notes are written in pencil on the back of a typed document describing proposed post-WWII peacekeeping measures. Staple removed and replaced with plastic clip. Top right corner has holes from multiple staples and is creased.
