Conical shell with hole opening at point to bottom. Cone sits on base approximately 4.0cm long. Remnants of paper label on base which reads " The basin end of a 10 ( lb? ) Hotchkiss Shell. re sei_ _ed by Mr. William Ross( e ) ( s ) Sept. 17th, 1915. " Ridge indented seperates base from cone.

Gifted to the Sharon Historical Society and Museum by William Ross in 1915.
