Conical iron projectile with grey iron band around middle with uneven striations in metal. Band is approximately 4.5 cm wide. Shell is stuck in base. Maker probably Hotchkiss, circa 1860. Good condition. Exhibited in 1995 Hotchkiss exhibit.
