Cast iron door knocker and decorative mount cover. The door knocker is in the shape of a clothed arm and forearm and hand holding a ball. A screw extends from half way up its arm. Additionally, there is a ring on the ring finger and a band or ring on the forearm has an oval with the letters "VF" or "VT". The rectangle is beveled and has decorative accents on its sides. On the inside of the rectangular piece is the raised white text "Chaffee" on a brown strip of tape. Little to no rust is found on the door knocker or rectangular piece.
