South of the house, just on the south side of the driveway is another house or store. This house/store is located right off the walkway/sidewalk. ( This is not on the location of the house currently at 34 Upper Main, though it may be on what is the property of that house today ( 2005 ).
The store/house is 1 1/2 storieswith a porch along the front. Windows appear to be 12 over 12. There are five stone steps leading up to the porch.
The drawing depicts several 4 fairly mature evergreens on the yard in front of the Sedgwick house. There are also 6 very young evergreens.
