Darius Gray land purchase from Calvin Peck.
Description reads as follows:
"May 19, 1792. Darius Gray - for consid. of one pound ten shillings from Calvin Peck Do givs, grants, etc. unto Calvin Peck - a certain piece of land laying and being in the township of Sharon aforsaid - containing two acres and a half, and six rods of ground. Be the same more or less described as follows lying on the mountain oposit Calvin Peck's house the South side the road beginning at Calvin Pecks Northwest corner. South of the highway thence running west by the highway twelve rods from thence south thirty-one rods. Thence east sixteen rods. Thence north 27 rods to the first bounds being tract of the land I bought of the Town and formerly belonged to Jacob Simons deceased."
