Simple brown beaver, beret type child's hat. Lining of fine cotton sateen, brown with an interlining stitched to lining in floral petal design. Circa 1890.
Fur slightly moth eaten. Shows evidence of having been worn for quite some time - lining aspecially is worn to warp threads.
