Commemorative silver spoon. Front surface areas molded decoration: bowl has vertically oriented scene depicting two-story house surrounded by trees and titled bottom center "Milburn Residence"; handle lower area vertical text "Pan American"; handle middle landscape scene Niagara Falls; and handle top area bust of man facing left surrounded by leaves and titled below "William McKinley". Handle body rear lower vertical text "Oneida Community" and upper-middle landscape buildings oriented vertically, and top rear "1901" oriented horizontally.
