This is a reproduction scan of an original architectural drawing. Saint Margaret's School was built on Cooke and Grove Streets in 1865. In the 1920s, with Waterbury becoming a bustling city and an increase in students, the school purchased land on what is now Chase Parkway and built a new school building in 1927. From 1927-2020 the campus expanded to include a library building, a gym, an upper school, and a lower school. The main building still stands today and is used by the STEAM school ACES at Chase.
