Document - Research on the Goddard House and Family

A summary of a researcher's notes on the Goddard family, an old family of Madison. It contains biographical information on Cedric Bartlett Goddard (1860) and his sons: Ralph H. Goddard (c. 1910) and Judge Henry Warren Goddard (c. 1910).

Ralph was a sailor and sculptor. He was the author of the MHS paper Madison Worthies of Bygone Days (c. 1928). He appears on pages 128 and 155 of Madison Heritage. 

Henry was one of the Judges for the Alger Hess case. He also bought the land that became Barberry Farm in 2018 and was a founder of the Madison Country Club. He appears on page 74 of Madison Heritage.
