Oral history interview with Sylvia, Dorothy, Gerald and Morris Stein

January 7 2001
Sylvia, Dorothy, Gerald, and Morris Stein sat for an interview for the Jewish Oral History Project on January 7, 2001. A PDF of the transcript is available. This interview is interesting because Sylvia and Dorothy are siblings, and Gerald and Morris are siblings; but Gerald and Sylvia are married, and Morris and Dorothy are married. Two brothers married two sisters. Anyway, the group discusses some family history, as well as the bakery that was in the family. They also talk about the religious and political beliefs of different parts of the family.
